it's been a minute since i updated this- a lot has been happening in my own life but this rpg has been something i have been able to keep working at which has been nice.

this update isn't announcing anything huge beyond letting people know that work is happening, but i suppose i can let people in on what to expect next?

right now i am working on the first chapters and getting the forged in the dark rules all squared away without simply copying the srd- as i've been doing that, i have also been having more and more ideas for the game proper and this thing keeps expanding. some of the ideas have been thrown onto the back burner for eventual expansions.

so what people should expect next time will be the game fully playable. it is a huge update which is why its taking so long but will include all the basic rules, playbooks, downtime, and generation rules.

after that the focus will be on playtesting, gm advice and guidance, and a monster section- i will also be fleshing out sections like magic items during this period as i plan on only including a few in this next phase so it comes out sooner than later.
